Another way we curb food waste at Bake Shop - sourdough croutons! We take the ends of our sourdough breads from toasts and sandwiches and turn them into perfect croutons for your salads. One bag is meant for a salad for 4 people. For larger groups, add more bags!
The bags contain a mix of our Country Loaf, Spelt Focaccia, Seedy Brown Bread, and Semolina Sourdough Rolls. All breads are sourdough based and make great crispy croutons.
